Conveniently located near a Jan Kasprowicz museum, only a 20-minute walk from the train station. It's easy to find this place 🚶.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel located near the main street. The room was spacious and even had a couch in it. The bathroom was also large, and I especially loved the heated floor. The staff went above and beyond by adding a baby bed to our room without us even requesting it. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh food and bread. I was impressed by the efficiency of the restaurant staff given the current situation. The location was perfect with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The historical architecture and balcony facing the mountains added to the charm of the hotel. The reception staff were extremely nice and helpful, even ordering a late-night pizza for us. They made us feel comfortable and welcomed.
Couldn't stay longer 😔

Personnel were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The buffet breakfast was lovely. The indoor pool was a welcome treat at the end of a long day hiking in the mountains.
Having stayed for 9-nights I thought we would at least have had the sheets changed once but we didn't. The bed was not made each day.

The breakfast in the room option is a great idea, and the view is very good from the balkon.
The stuff was very friendly and even the char could say in english "good morning". The only negative experience was the liefguard in the wellnes section. He couldn't say nothing, and we felt that we are disturbing factors in his big internet "journey". We dont need an ovation but if I say "hi or bye" than the minimum is a "hi or bye" or a "do widzenia" if the english word is so hard for him.

During our stay at this picturesque Swiss-chalet style accommodation in the heart of the Tatra Mountains, we were delighted by the spacious and comfortable deluxe double room. The highlight was definitely the spa bath, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The stunning view of the mountains from our room was simply breathtaking. The breakfast offered an excellent range of fresh food, ensuring a great start to our day. The location was ideal, just a few minutes' walk into town, and parking was conveniently available across the road. This was the perfect base for summer walks or driving through the Tatra Mountains.

We spent Christmas here and it was incredible. The beautiful mountain views and close proximity to the town center made it the perfect location. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide variety of fresh options. The swimming pool was also a great bonus and fun for the whole family.
The room felt a bit cramped and outdated, with a lack of amenities such as air conditioning. the staff didn't seem overly enthusiastic about their job, but they were still helpful and accommodating.

Great breakfast, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi good.
Couples should be aware that this hotel is very child friendly so may not suit everyone. We did not find the children any problem though.
